Official Scents Of The Bride Show 2007 Create Perfect Harmony For Every Bride And Groom

Abu Dhabi, UAE, Feb 28, 2007: With inspiration taken from the mystic of the Orient combined with the passion of Modern Arabia, Abu Haleeqa bring us two of the newest scents in their collection which have been named as the official scents of The Bride Show 2007.

Abu Haleeqa stores, a traditional name in the Gulf Fashion and Textile Industry have used a wide spectrum of scents and hues to create the exclusive mens and womens fragrances. The warmth and intensity of the composition of the two fragrances fuse in perfect harmony to reflect the union of matrimony.

The perfume of the bride is a feminine essence punctuated with classicism, sweetness and a touch of fruity strawberry leaves, wedded to different floral fragrances and brightened with Swiss rose. Containing Ylang ylang and extremely exotic musk, which is blended very carefully with a special dehalaoudh, a treasure in itself, the scent of the bride provides an intimate feeling - perfect for a wedding day.

Adel Ali Abu Haleeqa, General Manager of Abu Haleeqa stores and a lead member in the team who created the scents says: “as one wears an elegant dress with passion, so does one wear a captivating perfume, with great devotion. We wanted to create fragrances that could illustrate the harmony between a man and a woman and when worn together, these two scents fuse seamlessly and are perfect for a bride and groom on their wedding day. Perfume is described in a musical metaphor as having three 'notes', making the harmonious chord of the scent. The notes unfold over time, with the immediate impression of the top note leading to the deeper middle notes, and the bass notes gradually appearing as the final stage.

The Scent of the Bride Show is a very exclusive oriental creation combining the purest exotic, spicy and delicate Attars. It presents a very subtle harmony in its top, body and bottom note. This again is blended well with high quality dehnaloudh making it an exceptionally high-grade fragrance, which lasts for days.

The bottle chosen to house the perfume is a beautiful piece of art that combines elegant crystal with Burma teak, which is a genuine creation of Abu Haleeqa and a signal of the dear culture of Arabia. Both scents come in a more convenient spray format which provides a modern edge to the timelessness of the iconic bottle.
In addition to Abu Haleeqa stores, The Bride Show Abu Dhabi will feature almost 200 exhibitors offering visitors the finest in everything they need to organise the perfect wedding. A first class shopping event with an abundance of choice for even the most discerning of tastes, The Bride Show Abu Dhabi takes place at The National Exhibition Centre from the 13 – 16 March.
The fashion shows are the highlight of the event and will bring visitors an outstanding selection of haute couture fashion, wedding gowns, abayas and jalabiyas. Exciting additions to the fashion show stage are the hair styling demonstrations - designed to inspire not only brides to be but all women who enjoy fashion and beauty.

Organised by the Institute for International Research (IIR), The Bride Show Abu Dhabi is open daily from 3-10pm, and Wednesday 14th of March will be reserved for ladies only.
