Premier KIDS and Madonna present English Roses
From Hollywood to Europe, Madonna, will launch her own childrenswear label; English Roses at Premier KIDS, UK’s largest fashion event for childrenswear, 28.29.30 January 2007 at the NEC, Birmingham, UK.
 The idea of creating her personal designer brand was initially sparked by Lourdes, Madonna daughter’s acquired taste for Lipstik, a well established girl’s brand in America, designed by Elisa Barretta Lloyd, who emphasises on colourful, top quality and comfortable fabrics, making the girls feel like princesses during their childhood years.
Inspired by her book, English Roses, Madonna has in partnership with Lipstik created a dynamic clothing line, delivering a fashion forward designer collection, characterised by novelty treatments and an easy to wear look that both children and parents love. Every piece of the collection is strictly approved by Madonna, ensuring that the brand image radiates a sense of fun and excitement as well as pure sophistication.
The English Roses collection which demonstrates superb touches of exquisite hand beading and delicate embroideries will be launched in connection with Lipstik. After increasing demand for Lipstik’s imaginative designs and its attention for details in Europe, the Californian based manufacturer and winner of the Ernie Award for Design Excellence, has appointed several European agencies, preparing for the joint launch of English Roses and Lipstik, certain to capture the childrenswear buyers at Premier KIDS.
Premier KIDS will present over 400 brands to showcase their Autumn/Winter 07/08 collections offering a combination of clothes, footwear and accessories, through to gift items, homeware and maternitywear. Buyers will gain a full insight to forthcoming trends and take away retailing tips from the shows daily seminars and catwalk.
