Festival Founder Robert Rosenberg Honered at Opening Gala
 The 10th Annual Miami Gay & Lesbian Film Festival will pay tribute to its Founding Director Robert Rosenberg at its Gala Opening Night on Friday, April 25th at the Gusman Center for Performing Arts.
 Rosenberg founded the Miami Gay & Lesbian Film Festival in 1998 and served as the Festival Director through 2002. Thanks to his initial vision the Festival has rapidly grown into the largest cultural event for South Florida's GLBT community and an internationally important part of the queer film festival circuit.
Franc Castro, Chair of the Board of Directors commented: "In celebration of our 10th year milestone, the Board of Directors and staff felt it was important to recognize all of those that have significantly contributed their time and financial resources to the Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival. We are very excited about presenting our Founder, Robert (Robbie) Rosenberg, with a special award of recognition on Opening Night at the Gusman Theatre.
Due to Robbie's original vision, the MGLFF is now the largest GLBT cultural event in South Florida."
