Singapore Fashion Week held in conjunction with Labels Asia and Intimate Asia, 2 to 4 November, Singapore Expo
In a landmark collaboration that will truly position Singapore as a strong regional platform for the business of fashion and related industries, the Textile and Fashion Federation of Singapore (TAFF) and Singex Exhibitions Pte Ltd have merged their respective events (Singapore Fashion Week and AFW) to create a bigger and exciting brand new format that will showcase a series of comprehensive fashion trade exhibitions, fashion shows and events featuring the latest designer’s collections, brands/labels and swimwear apparel to an international buyer audience.
Under the internationally recognized brand of Singapore Fashion Week (SFW) and blessing from IE Singapore, the government trade promotion body, AFW will now be re-branded as Labels Asia to become a key trade exhibition component of SFW. Likewise Intimate Asia will also be reformatted to be a key trade exhibition component of SFW.
Other exciting line ups of SFW include The Designer Show (TDS), where established designers from Singapore and the region turn up the heat on the catwalk with their latest collections in front of international media and buyers, Singapore Fashion Awards, Singapore Fashion Designers Contests, Asian Young Fashion Designers Contest, series of fashion related industry conferences and seminars, evening networking and gala fashion events, etc.
The newly formatted SFW to include Labels Asia and Intimate Asia trade exhibition platforms will provide important sourcing opportunities for international buyers to discover designers, brands and ODM, as well as a reliable distribution platform for international designers and brands throughout Asia.
