Malaysia International Fashion Week 2007
The Malaysia International Fashion Week 2007 (M-IFW '07) is back and will be held from the 15 - 18 November 2007 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. We are into our fourth year and we are planning M-IFW '07 to be bigger, better and grander than ever, showcasing the best in local and regional fashion. This is the prestigious and only exclusive fashion week of the country.
 Starting with a celebration kick-off party on 14th November 07, M-IFW '07 which consists of the Fashion Exhibition, Designer's Collection Showcases and the Fashion Award Ceremony, the event will be open to trade and industry members such as Designers, Fashion & Lifestyle Media and Buyers from 15 - 18 November 2007, all happening under the very same roof.
Last year making its debut was the newly created Islamic Fashion Festival, created by Dato Raja Rezza Shah to position Kuala Lumpur as an international Islamic fashion centre. This year the Islamic Fashion Festival is scheduled for the 18 November 2007.
The theme for this year is LOVE, and it will be prominently evident in the colours and décor displayed. There is a special Tunnel of Love for the visitors to pass through when entering the venue. The venue space is divided into two; the Showroom for fashion tradesmen and the Luxury lounge for luxury brands to pamper their VIP clients.
The highlight is the extended forty two metre, chic and sleek, runway for the participants to showcase their latest and greatest creations, for Trend Asia 2008.
M-IFW is an event to elevate and position Asia as an influential player in the fashion industry, and your participation in this event would be highly valued as it will prove to be nonetheless significant in attaining this objective.
