DIFW joins hands with PRESTIGE
 September 2007 - The Dubai International Fashion Week (DIFW), the leading fashion trade event held in Dubai bi annually, has partnered with PRESTIGE 2007, to cooperate in promoting the two brands and create synergies for the success of both events. This partnership will benefit the regional fashion industry, as each event will bring in unsurpassed expertise and knowledge of their respective business activities. With one visit to Dubai, fashion buyers from across the world will have the opportunity to build relationships with leading designers as well as negotiate business opportunities with many international exhibitors.
DIFW will be held from October 22-25, 2007 at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel under the patronage of Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry. PRESTIGE 2007, also held under the aegis of DCCI is scheduled from October 23-25, 2007 at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

To convene DIFW in this emirate does not only reflects Dubai's position as a regional and international business hub, but also as a main venue and destination for tourism, entertainment and fashion industries." said Nuha Safar, Director of Marketing & Communication at Dubai Chamber.
PRESTIGE is the Middle East's only international trade fair for brands fashion, lingerie, kidswear & shoes&accessories . Launched in 2004 and held in Dubai every year, the event is associated with the European Fashion and and Textile Export Council (EFTEC). The last edition of the exhibition hosted 130 upper-medium-to-high-end fashion and footwear brands of selected exhibitors from Europe, North America, South America, Australia as well as HongKong and Thailand.
