CHICAGO FASHION WEEK 2006
Chicago, IL . This Spring 2006, The Windy City will awake to a gathering of the most celebrated, leading and cutting-edge designers from Chicago and the United States when the fashion industry will embrace the continuation of the postponed Chicago Fashion Week 2005.
 The promise to deliver a spectacular presentation of the latest and most respected established Fashion Designers along with emerging local designers in the city of Chicago will come to a fulmination this Spring 2006 beginning March 31st and ending April 7th.
The producers of this event have announced that Chicago Fashion Week was rescheduled due to numerous requests from most of the participants, (fashion designers and celebrities), a special request from higher authorities and foremost for the various events happening during the same scheduled days of Chicago Fashion Week.
In addition to this, MW Productions broadcasted to all enlisted designers that Chicago Fashion Week will be produced hereafter during the Spring and Fall seasons of every year. “An event so nice we have to do it twice… two times a year that is,” stated Paul Beseler – Public Relations Executive - of Chicago Fashion Week.
All scheduled fashion-related happenings along with all the intended fashion shows are still planned to be elements of Chicago Fashion Week 2006, announced venues will remain the same and all and more designers will be added to the list.
In this short period of time, despite the unexpected adjustment, Chicago Fashion Week has proven to be an institution ready to organize, centralize and rejuvenate the Chicago’s fashion industry and the collections of American designers to become players in the cosmopolitan fashion world.
The producers of Chicago Fashion Week have provided a bright, professional, innovative stage for growing, established, and emerging designers to showcase their collections to international buyers, media, celebrities, and select style makers.
Chicago Fashion Week will encompass the collaboration of several main partakers in the Chicago’s fashion industry to continue what is foreseen to be a trend in the windy city. Organizers of this event have diligently striven to define style in the city of Chicago and Chicagoans can only anticipate a product worthy of international recognition, which is well deserved by Chicagoans and its talent.
Consequently, many of the most exciting shops, ranging from world-famous designers to fabulous individual boutiques and salons in the Gold Coast will join forces to provide the finishing touch in the first ever fashion event in Chicago.
