A Peaceful Revolution for Seduction

Paradoxically, fashion has to combine tradition and revolution in order to achieve the continuity of its universe.

Quality tradition perpetuated by a permanent revolution in order to
conquer minds with only weapons, driven by the wind of innovation: the
’must-have’.

Ten years have allowed the Brussels Fashion Fairs to establish themselves in the capital of Europe, providing it with an international fashion reference showcase.

This anniversary will be the pleasant and joyous excuse for a party called “Love Fashion” on Monday night. A catwalk show and dancing until the wee hours will be the peak of a fashion event that is not to be missed.

But it is also a double event as these 10 years of experience provide a new dynamism in order to launch another revolution:

Everything is new: the name, the place, the concept and the setting.

For a name more suited to its vocation and position,
Brussels.Fashion.Fairs becomes Belgian & Brussels Fashion Fairs.

Its new and unexpected venue in the basement of Tours & Taxis, a cult site in Brussels, invites the world of fashion, out of curiosity, to discover the paradox of a presentation of contemporary creations in an industrial setting of architectural heritage.

It provides the event with a suitable identity and an important reference point of Brussels economic life, only a stone's throw away from the centre of Brussels and its districts of reference.

The arrangement of the venue offers new opportunities that suit the new concept by creating varied spaces.

The collections are grouped in various spaces, each with their own lounge bar.

There are small bars throughout the fair, with drinks and snacks available.

Mingling at the fair will be free and informal.

A quality welcome will await the guests who can be graciously picked up at the Midi station, the airport or even their hotel.

Hospitality, comfort and service are compulsory and have become the distinguishing marks of the organisation throughout the seasons.

The Belgian & Brussels Fashion Fairs develop new channels in tune with
today.

For example, the renewed presence of the fair fashion section F3 (Fair Fashion Fair), which brings together southern producers selected by Belgian & Brussels Fashion Fairs.

Belgian & Brussels Fashion Fairs emphasises the work of young Brussels designers by giving them a space: PIGMENTUM in its fourth edition.

These young designers were selected with the help of Modo Bruxellae and the department of Fashion and Design of Brussels Export, and their presence will be supported by a special campaign aimed at French, Canadian and Spanish buyers.

Belgian & Brussels Fashion Fairs will be fashion highlights of 2007.
